I work at Blackbaud and use Consensus almost daily. As an account executive for current clients, it is very helpful to have prerecorded demonstrations at my disposal for clients to see functionality of what they own. I am also able to use it to prequalify any evaluations. My clients can get a high level view of our software and decide if its worth moving forward with. This enables clients to watch demonstrations on their own time before committing to a live demo. Using Consensus is very easy and user friendly. I am able to track who is watching what and if they are really engaged. I really enjoy using Consensus and would highly recommend it.

I use Consensus to send out demos to prospects to move the sales cycle in a seamless manner. This workflow helps to better utilize our resources internally so that aren't looping in a Sales Engineer every time a prospect wants to see a demo. In addition, this saves the sales team a lot of time!

Consensus is a vital part of our organisation, it helps us with lead generation, closing new business and also selling to our exsistent customer base. My job is to bring in new customers to the busniness and Consensus is a tool I could not do without. I would highly reccommend it to anyone.

As I have mentioned before, Consensus has become a backbone of our bsuiness and sales process, it helps us with lead generation, closing new business and also selling to our exsistent customer base. My job is to bring in new customers to the busniness and Consensus is a tool I could not do without. I would highly reccommend it to anyone.
We use Consensus to generate relevant content for our software publishing business and to be able to send targeted and dedicated materials. Moreover, we give the permission to our partners also to provide content. Lastly, the fact that we can create tours and dynamique ones is very appreciated by users and also prospects and clients.

there is no simple feature to replace a person who left. It measn the name of this person will appear for ever whereas he could left for the competitor
the new range of dates is no intuitive or it should first per default to search for all content

When you have an existing library with single video and tours, you can simply create demobards with a mix of them. Moreover, you can simply create a demobaord from an demo library content which is very fast to create. However, when we want to address lots of people then, they will see a huge list at the beginning of the lap and becasue of that we have to split the demoboard into several ones but afterall the tracking is not relevant
We use Consensus to send product demos to prospects. Typically, these are cold out bounds to warm leads. After brief introduction to the values of the product, we’ll send a demo to the customer before we meet again to hitch really enables us to have a better discussion around product fit for the prospect.

Consensus is well suited for sending mini demos to prospects that have been vetted and are interested in the product. It’s great to see the areas of the product they have the most interest in which allows me to tailor the next in person meeting to match their interests. The reporting is good to know as well as it gives insights on how much time the prospect spent reviewing the material (if at all!)
I have used Consensus as a selling tool at a couple different companies. Being able to send recorded demos to my prospects has led to reduced sales cycle times in multiple instances. In my current role, I run around 2 demos per day that last close to 2 hours – if I’m not able to get to everything I want to show in one session, I used Consensus demos as follow up materials. I get notifications when someone starts to watch, which signals that it is a good time to give them a call.

Consensus has been an integral part of our sales process and aids in our prospecting efforts to illustrate what our product can do & how it would benefit our clients. Having that visual aspect to our messaging has been incredibly impactful. Prospects tend to engage more and understand our offering through our videos on consensus. Not only that, having all the videos in one consolidated location allows our sales team to collaborate and "borrow" videos from each other that they can disseminate to prospective clients.
Consensus allows to better get in front of clients so that they can watch demo videos on their own time. This flexibility of being able to be in front of clients after hours or weekends has taken a lot of pressure off meeting throughout the workday. Now our meetings are more productive as they are already follow up calls where the clients has questions.
