We're using hrPad as time clocks, that is, it is set up with several iPads around the facilities for employees to clock in and out of their work. However, that's a very simple explanation as we use it for much more than clocking in and out. Since we wanted to capture employee punches without physical touches after COVID-19, the solution helps us capture punches using employees' faces - it also helps with verification to prevent payroll issues.

- Sometimes, dimly lit rooms have difficulty capturing photos - we use an artificial light for that

hrPad is perfect for capturing employee punches and it works with a number of HCM solutions, including the one we're using. So, it seems to fit anyone with a well-known HCM system. Moreover, if anyone needs any customizations, hrPad can deliver it quickly and easily - other solutions we've tried out took months, but they took days.
