Client page there usually a delay compared to the switch port summary page

I love the topology page. It allows me to have a visual of my network. Identity Meraki and non-Meraki switches. I love it! <div>I feel like the client’s page sometimes doesn’t reflect the most updated information. Like it shows you a device that was connected to an old port. Compared to the switch summary page, the switch summary page is more reliable
It's like a one single paned glass for all of my systems. It manages our switches, our access points, pretty much. Those are only ones we have. We had some mx, which is the firewall, the securities, but we only have it in one location. So actually, basically the dashboard just allows us to manage all those devices in one's place.
Pros
I think it's the ease of managing the devices comes through the dashboard. You can view them all and if you have any troubles, they have access to different troubleshooting tools. I think that's the part I like the best because with the troubleshooting tools, you troubleshoot the switch that's five buildings away, just from that one location.
Cons
They're always improving the dashboard. Every time I look, there's a new application they've added to the dashboard to give you better features. So I can't think of anything where they need to improve because they find it before the users find it.

It is very suited for my job as a network administrator. I'm constantly in the field because I also work as a desktop technician, so I'm constantly in the field and sometimes I get a phone call saying I have to check out a port on the switch and I can instantly just stop where I'm at, pull out the laptop and go to the dashboard and manage to switch from there instead of having to go to the switch physically look at things.
We use it for configuration and monitoring of our deployed devices.
Pros
It's really helped us configure our MX devices faster and also monitor our wireless networks through our Meraki APs. It's been very helpful in visualizing issues with wireless and allowing us to configure and fix them very easily.
Cons
More granular controls over devices. It definitely feels like, especially when you come from a CLI environment and you're working in a command line interface and then going into the dashboard, you can feel restricted sometimes because if they don't have the button you can't press it. So more buttons.
Likelihood to Recommend
For smaller teams that need to deploy a lot of devices and monitor a lot of clients, it takes a lot of the complexity out so you can train people faster and remediate issues quicker because you have better visibility and it's presented to you in a way where you don't have to hunt it down as much. You would only not like it if your team really was into command line interface and getting into the nitty gritty and doing everything themselves. So if your team is slow to adapt to that kind of transition, might not want to do it, but otherwise I'd recommend it to all teams.

I have one case I installed and implemented before I went to there on a client. I prepared the Meraki, MEX, the file, Mera, MES, and I needed to configuration and connected on the dashboard. And there I needed to implement the defense of the network of the clients and connect to the SD one and a lot of VPNs from De Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Australia, LZ together with OWS.
Pros
So I have an example was you connected when you open the page on the Mira dashboard, you can turn a login and then you open on the front, the dashboard. Out there you can see a lot of the options. And the one day options important is a network organization and wide. This wide you can see your product and the front, your product and there you can see your consumer link and you can do a troubleshooting, you can implement news FIEs.
Cons
So this areas I started in the company oil, gas in the industry and together with iot, Meraki is very good with the products. Iot, I don't have the fixed the problem with Meraki just and that okay, resolve it.

Cisco Meraki Dashboard has an easy to understand user interface. In a retail store scenario where the staff are not IT knowledgeable, they are able to log into the dashboard to view camera operations and verify connectivity.
