Cisco Headsets in my organisation and for me is much needed headsets. I usually totally have those on my ears all the time while working. It helps me a lot to get live updates from my team and if any hindrance occurs than I must resolve it very quickly. Cisco Headsets helps me connect with my clients they also need update with the regular intervals. If we get retained and satisfied clients it helps to grow our business a lot. But the scenarios where their is less staff and very Static job Nature they don't need to use much Cisco Headsets.
I’m often on calls reviewing bugs, test reports, or helping developers debug issues, and having a reliable headset really makes a difference. The biggest problem it solves for us is call clarity and background noise. In a remote setup, things like background chatter or mic echo are a big distraction. Cisco Headsets does a great job here at noise cancellation, and the mic quality is solid, people on the other end can hear me clearly, even if I’m not in a super quiet place.
Pros
Noise cancellation
The auto mute/unmute button is a small but super handy feature during team calls
Cons
Bluetooth pairing process is not good when we switch to another device
The controls on the headset can be a bit hard to locate

Cisco Headsets are perfect for remote meetings, daily standups, and client calls, especially when you need clear audio without background noise. I’ve used them during long testing sessions and even code reviews over calls, and they hold up really well in terms of comfort and sound quality.
Cisco is a great product used for calling and connecting my clients and suppliers in my network. It has great clarity of sound, and the mic helps a lot in connecting with international suppliers in Korea and with my customers from Singapore. Pros

When I am connecting with my clients, it's a fantastic product that helps a lot in building a connection over the call. Business meetings with various partners and clients have now become easier. If I work from Home or a remote location, only fair internet connectivity is required. The clarity in Voices and Mic is commendable. However, there are scenarios where businesses are static and do not need to connect with numerous international buyers and sellers; in such cases, there would be no requirement to use this product.
I use the Cisco 980 headset for my MS Teams calls and conferences. The headset meets the needs of customers who use softphones. The advantage of the Cisco 980 is that it covers the ears. It is therefore not painful for spectacle wearers, even after hours. What's more, in a Cisco environment, updates are more easily managed.
Pros
Centralized update
Comfortable
Cons
Microphone quality
Microphone range

Comfortable even over several hours. On the other hand, it keeps you warm. The microphone isn't great, especially in a small room or one that tends to resonate. What's more, despite the size of the dongle, the range is poor.I also notice that when I use the Cisco 980, picking up an MS Teams call takes longer.

I use a Cisco 561 Headsets on a daily basis. I also install, maintain, and administer headsets for our company. It is great being able to talk on the phone/PC while keeping your hands free to type or write. Also, since we have a Cisco phone system, we thought it would be good to stay with the brand for easier administration and compatibility.

Being able to type and/or write while on the phone or listening to your PC on the headset is great! Also, they make single ear or dual ear. Dual ear headsets are great for the places where it is a bit louder you can hear what is coming across the headset.
