Cisco BE6000 is used in my organization to address our collaboration Deployment. The BE6000M supports 1000 users, 1200 devices, and 100 contact center agents. BE6000M is ideal for medium-scale deployment, but also there are other BE that support it, such as BE6000H and BE6000S, that are set for medium and small deployments.

First we had problems since the company headquarters was not in the country and we needed to be often in calls for indications from abroad so we met Cisco business edition which is the product with many integrations that are needed and modern with few steps to be able to adjust to the needs that we had.
