Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have deployed ChatBot on our website, we use it to filter our visitors based on their requirements. Sales - get routed to the sales team. Support - gets routed to the support team and visitors looking for Self help are directed to our help section. Since, we have various products, visitors / prospects looking for information regarding certain products are also directed to the relevant product page to read for more information.

UI/UX is excellent for a newbie to start on
Their Chat support is very helpful

Cons

I think the pricing could be a little more competitive

If you're an organisation looking to start deploying a ChatBot solution on your website, this product solves your use case. Especially, if you haven't worked with a ChatBot solution before and have little or no prior experience. Their help videos, training section will be sufficient for you to start with the basics of deploying a ChatBot on your website. Use their templates effectively too to start off with.

Pros

Finding answers.
Tracking questions asked by students.
Questions asked from other schools.

Cons

Getting answers from other sources or databases.
Better customizable dashboards.
Collaboration with another school/sharing questions.

ChatBot is the best source for questions and answers 24/7. Our students are quite happy with the chat and the answers they get from it.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ChatBot is used in our organization as a support tool for the maintenance team when the customer asks some common questions that are relevant to the services that we are offering. It helps a lot by reducing the huge load on the team. It also helps to make the UI better and more interactive.

Pros

Answering most of the FAQs.
Sending users in the right direction rather then going from one support staff to other.
Reduces unnecessary load from the the team

Cons

Solution should also have a dashboard to view the customer analytics
some times user typed long sentences it should decipher most common word from it.

Most suited: Frequent duties can be automated. services can be improved by analyzing customer feedback. Load and Heavy tasks can be reduced. Less workforce is required. Less Suited: Specific product queries and their proper answers. When the user uses those words that are misspelled or have a long sentence it finds difficulty in giving them proper information.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using very basic Chatbot services on our own website, but for our clients we’re using much more sophisticated services starting with concierge services, moving to FAQs and the internal agent support and next best actions.

Pros

Superb for interactive form filling.
Great for standard messages and relaying information.
Out-of-house assistance and redirecting or capturing followup details.

Cons

Having enough conversational data to train the chatbot.
Really understanding intent.
Understanding emotion.

We're using them for form filling. You can enter the data in any order and through conversational memory you can capture earlier information for form filling later.
