It is particularly a great tool for a marketing team that has multiple pieces of collateral in various forms. Allbound allows us to maintain consistency in delivery and organization for an optimized search of specific types of content. The tool is easy to set up with the help of Allbound staff and very easy to manage if you are familiar with the Wordpress dashboard layout.
Data and automation are demand requirements from Clients. Data must be current with running time, both Vendor & Partner, and better control access to a correct user group for Saas-based clients. The above issue was tackled perfectly using Channel Mechanics. The Product is easy to set up and configures if you know the correct business needs.

Our company had a partnerships referral program that was very unorganized and manual. We needed a platform that could help us organize all partner referral assets and track the referrals to make it easier to make payouts. The fact that you can't make payouts to partners within the platform itself is super frustrating and that would be a huge improvement.
The ability to track clicks, page views, etc is not available like on other partner platforms like Tune, Impact, and Cake. It would be awesome to see that tracking data for the content being shared.
Having more integrations with platforms like Zuora which we use for payments would be great.

Allbound is a fantastic platform for organising and distributing collateral for partners and giving them the ability to see their commissions from the referrals they sent. Still, making payments in the platform itself like platforms like Tune has the ability to do would be great!
From what I can see, Allbound is a hub where our partners can go to learn more about our company, keep tabs on the status of any recommendations they've made, and find other resources to help keep the connection healthy. The platform is attractive and performs as expected, however, I'd want to see faster data synchronization with our customer relationship management system (Salesforce).

Allbound is a sleek solution that neatly organizes data. Clearly presents useful instructional content. The slowness of the CRM connection is a problem. When it comes to reaching out to our worldwide network of channel partners, we turn on Allbound to streamline our communication and sales enablement efforts. Our reseller partners may use this central hub to register new deals, stay up to speed on product changes, and have access to all relevant product information.
Allbound provides Cambum Networks a solution to communicating and engaging with more than 11,000 partners around the globe. The portal provides the one-stop shop for all partners and distributors to find sales & marketing resources, learn about Cambium solutions, access deal registration and MDF, and so much more.

The PRM and portal are extremely easy to administer. Allbound staff is responsive and helpful during initial setup and launch to ensure a smooth transition for partners. Our customer account manager and team meet with us regularly as we work on improving our partner portal by adding new features and resources. Training resources are abundant and the portal user interface is visually appealing and easy for partners to navigate.
We use Allbound for our employees, Partners and Clients to get access and share content for training, onboarding, best practices and more. We also use the platform to track referrals and opportunities.

Allbound is very helpful to share content through filters and landing pages that makes it easy for our team to find what they are looking for quickly and in a way that reduces the need to have multiple attachments and/or links to content.
We use it for all of our training, both partner & internal enablement training. We use it for branding, content, resources, playbooks, deal registrations. The main problems it solves is having one place to go for our partner community for training and deal registration and marketing information. It also solves the purpose of not using our website for our partners. One platform for everything

Allbound, from my understanding, is a platform that allows our partners to access educational information, track referrals submitted, and access other useful information to support a good relationship. Overall the platform does look nice and function as needed, but I wish the connection with our CRM (SalesForce) was less delayed on updating information.

Allbound is a good-looking product that categorizes information well. Displays educational information well. Connection to CRM is delayed, which is an area for improvement.
We use Allbound for our partner portal. We needed a centralized location for our partners to access content that also allowed us to automate part of the process. Allbound helps us with that through contracts, deal registrations and having everything we could want for sharing content with our partners. It also allows us to enable our partners through learning tracks and campaigns in a box.

It is great for partner programs and to share resources with people. It also could be well suited for internal teams. I don't think it is the best for outward customers or not the best for certifications because you can't send emails through Allbound.
