Process mining is the best scenario where Celonis fits very well. In terms of Bi tool i think isn't the best option and on the market we can find better. Regarding apps and automations, it is also a good feature but also needs to improve to have the possibility to understand the logs.
I use Celonis to monitor performance and to identify improvement opportunities in my business unit's maintenance work management process.
