Pros
- Flow charts with standard icons or custom visuals
- Conceptual visualizations for presentations.
- Drag and drop Gantt charts
- Org charts
- Wireframes for web development
Cons
- Keyboard only functionality is just ok. There are some shortcuts but momentum can be killed if I have to constantly go back to a mouse
- Import/export support for Visio
- Import/export support for Omnigraffle and Sketch
Return on Investment
- I was able to easily collaborate on flow charts with Windows and Mac users.
- I was able to co-author flowcharts in real-time during a conference call.
- I was able to send a share link to the interactive chart as well as to an image without having to copy/save it some other cloud storage system.

Pros
- Creative resource for various visual support items
- The free version is robust and nice to staff who have not used it before to get to know the product
- Support has been helpful when needed
Cons
- The paid version is more than other products in the market for some needs.
- Some on our team noticed that some of the templates and stencils disappeared in an upgrade last year ( but has not impacted me).
- It's one of many in the market and our agency doesn't mandate the use of any one platform (including this).
Return on Investment
- Easier to diagram and create workflows without having to engage a designer's assistance. That means staff at lower billable hourly rates, reducing overall admin or billable hours cost.
- Less time involved in creating support documents for less robust product options. Again, reducing overall admin or billable hours cost.
- Most of our staff use the free version so no added cost until they are familiar and really embrace it = a reduction in upfront cost.
