Great software for mid to large sized recruiting companies
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Bullhorn Connect is primarily used by our recruiting team to keep track of candidates and provide feedback for their pre-screen interviews. We also create job opportunities in Bullhorn in order to group possible candidates by job. There is a small degree of cross-functional collaboration, but for the most part, the recruiting team holds the keys to Bullhorn.

Likelihood to Recommend
Bullhorn seems like a really great tool for recruiters. I like the search functionality. It made my job a thousand times easier. Of course, the search doesn't mean much if you don't record as many details as possible for each of your candidates. Seems like it could work well for a large company with lots of recruiters but probably wouldn't be great for a small operation.
