What is Buddy Punch?

Buddy Punch is an online time tracking, scheduling, and payroll application. Track time, time off, locations, and jobs. The solution aims to help make punching in and out intuitive for employees and easy for users to view and export time. Employees can clock in using a browser or the Buddy Punch Google, iOS, and Android apps. Users can view who's working, their GPS position, or even limit where they can punch. The solution integrates with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, and SurePayroll, to name a few, while also offering Excel exports. Advanced features such as Time Off Accrual Tracking, Punch Rounding, Job Codes, QR Codes, Automatic Breaks, and SSO are all included in our cloud-based time clock.

A great way to track everyones attendance and leaves

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Buddy Punch daily for our attendance tracker. It made it easier for us to tack every one's in and outs. This also made the team's leaves more planned. It made it easier to plan for everyone's schedule adjustments if needed as we see everyone that will be present on a day to day basis.

  • Blurred background should be an option
  • The schedule on the right side for punch in and out should be segregated more clearly

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I like how simple it is to handle anything; the software is quite useful for businesses. There is nothing I detest about it; it is fantastic. It makes clocking in and out of work much easier. It resolved the most of the concerns with working from home. You can see where they are logging in and out. It can also take photos, which is excellent.

Buddy Punch was able to fix how we track our attendance. This is also a different way to punch in and out. This also fixed some of our colleagues that sometimes misses punching in or out. This ensures that we would remember doing our daily selfies when punching in and out.
