Who Buys & Uses Brokermint

Brokermint, the Friendly Brokerage Management System

Pros

  • Transaction Management
  • Accounting
  • Reports

Cons

  • Checklists
  • Pulling in transaction templates
  • Make accounting functions easier to use

Return on Investment

  • Brokermint was super easy to learn or teach to a new agent
  • Brokermint is inexpensive compared to other softwares, so it can handle a lot of information
  • It was great to use the report functions, to see how we were growing

Brokermint is plenty robust as a transaction manager that doesn't break the budget

Pros

  • Very Simple 4 step process when creating a new transaction
  • Easy capture of documents and communications (email and text)
  • Smooth audit flow - Love auditing as the transaction progresses so I can coach agents
  • Commission Income calculation and tracking
  • Multiple ways of backing up closed transactions

Cons

  • During the creation of a transaction - The assigning Checklist is clunky and often difficult for new users - not intuitive. It seems the type of transaction at first entry could automatically assign the appropriate checklist (one less thing for the user to do).
  • On the checklist - Sometimes not easy to add a document that isn't on the checklist - It's easy when "Splitting multiple documents" but no place to add documents to the checklist.
  • This could be user error, but I cannot figure out how to get it to know when an agent has capped - so I often have to calculate commissions manually.
  • I think Brokermint should offer the Creation of documents with auto-fill capability at no additional charge. BM currently charges per document . . . Very frustrating because I don't have time to create all those fields - so we are creating our forms in the State (TN) "Transaction Desk" and then moving them to BM. I would rather do it all in the same place.

Return on Investment

  • HIGH ROI for me - Solves lots of important issues at a reasonable cost
  • Love that it doesn't increase cost as I add agents.
  • Over-all, I feel like I'm getting what I pay for

Brokermint - It works, can't complain
