We use Brand Navigator as a tool to measure our Brand Health. We rely on this powerful platform from BlueOcean to analyze important measures for top of the funnel/early stage customer journey key metrics including familiarity, preference, and sentiment. The insights are in real time and allow us to take action on our findings quickly.

BlueOcean's Brand Navigator is a new online platform we're using to measure our overall brand health. It has real-time data and information relative to the competitive set we assign that provide faster insights then using surveys as snapshots in time. This is a supplemental tool that we are using for performance measurement to sit alongside MSIGHTS, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and our internal SAP systems.
