I love Blackbaud Tuition Management!

We manage all of our student accounts in one place, it allows the families to view online/mail/call to make payments.

We bill for various charges which include: Tuition, Dining, Technology, and several miscellaneous purchase charges. The billing import is great! I have a template designed for uploads using student ID#s and it works beautifully. The posting process is also easy to use, regarding Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT GL software.

The way Blackbaud Tuition Management handles the charges and how accessible it is makes my job much easier. I love that parents can see the same view of their account as I have when entering/reviewing an account so that it doesn't sound foreign when I try to explain something to them.

Smart Tuition is used by my children's high school to manage tuition payments and financial aid applications. It addresses the business challenge of providing parents and school staff a way to manage charges, payments, and communication.

Smart Tuition is a good platform for schools that want to incorporate the financial aid application process and billing together. Parent use is easy to navigate, and it reduces the time spent by school staff to manage accounts. In a school where the financial aid application process is not done by a third party, Smart Tuition may not be the option they are looking to implement.
