Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I love Blackbaud Tuition Management!

We manage all of our student accounts in one place, it allows the families to view online/mail/call to make payments.

We bill for various charges which include: Tuition, Dining, Technology, and several miscellaneous purchase charges. The billing import is great! I have a template designed for uploads using student ID#s and it works beautifully. The posting process is also easy to use, regarding Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT GL software.

  • The parent call center is wonderful

  • Split family contract processes
