An Excellent Resource for Review Response

Birdeye makes addressing all reviews very convenient. It's all in one place, there's canned replies that can be chosen and edited as needed, and it can all be done very quickly. It's saved me a lot of time from the olden days of having to navigate to each review site's back end to reply to reviews!

- Convenience: Birdeye funnels all your review sites into one spot
- Simplicity: Canned and editable responses make answering reviews very quick and efficient
- Efficiency: Being able to respond to multiple platforms in one spot, submit concerns or flagged reviews for review, and being able to reach any of your platform contacts through one portal saves tons of time.
Cons
- I don't care for the AI responses, as I feel editing the canned responses to be much more personal. The AI responses all end up saying basically the same things anyway
- I'd like for the notice emails (when you get a new review) to have links directly to the new review received. Currently you have to navigate to the page on your own. Not a huge deal, but it would be that much more convenient.

- Our account is handled at a corporate level, so I don't have much information on numbers and such, unfortunately. However, it has made it infinitely easier to answer reviews in a timely manner, which definitely has a positive impact on the way our business is perceived.

We use Birdeye for many different things because they offer so many options. Our biggest use is with our client feedback and reviews. Birdeye has mainstreamed our entire review process to make it so much easier to analyze and respond to. It even helps streamline our strengths into our social medias.

- Syncing issues with third-party platforms can sometimes cause delays in review updates

- When you first start, the monthly fee does seem a bit intimidating/impractical but after a few weeks of use, you will firsthand start seeing the benefits, it makes the monthly fee seem much more practical as time goes on
- The beginning expense is nothing when you start fully utilizing Birdeye's full available content. For example, once you see it's autonomously A.I agents at work and the quality of work they provide will help you to see how much of a benefit it has been for you, your staff and customers alike
