Convene is a board management software that aims to streamline the entire meeting process, from pre-meeting preparation to post-meeting document distribution. It provides users with features to collaborate during virtual meetings to ensure structured meeting flow and productivity. Board administrators are able to build agendas and set up board meetings, record meeting minutes, and do post meeting workflows. Convene also provides directors and executives with secure access to documents and meetings on any of their devices whether iPad, Android, Windows, and Mac OS devices.
