We use Aweber to build our email list. This is done through blog posts, our live show, Social Chatter, along with on our podcast, Launch Your Live.
Aweber helps us add a sign-up box, but also works well with landing pages that we also use to reach new customers.
In terms of the challenge it solves, it's often difficult to collect email sign-ups. They make it easy to do, but also easy for customers to sign-up.

- Managing multiple lists could be better. They have tagging, which has helped with this.

- Good value for the money.
- Make sure you clean your list. You pay for people on your list, regardless of if they're active or not.
- Take the time to understand having separate lists vs using tagging. It can save you a lot of work.
