Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AvidXchange Invoice for our AP automation and to easily get invoices approved before payments are made. This helped to keep invoices from being lost in emails. AvidXchange makes it much easier to have all the invoices in one place when needing to do some research as well.

Pros

AI Capture is a great feature
The workflows are endless which really help get invoices to the correct approvers.
The email feature helps get invoices in from vendors.

Cons

I wish it could break apart multiple invoices that are sent in one PDF.
I would like it to auto delete statements that are emailed in.

Return on Investment

AvidXchange has saved us on payroll by making the process go from hours to minutes. It really cuts down the time needed to get invoices approved and into QB for payment.
It is very easy to train employees to use which also saves time and money.

We use it to approve bills for our stores. The invoices are initially coded by an accountant and approved so that the GM then has to view and approve the bill.
