Great tool but onboarding required

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Auryc is the primary tool for the company to track user behavior, validate use cases and identify both potential bugs and areas of opportunity. Once our team was able to understand the tool, it was very helpful to observe specific trends. And we had a dedicated account manager who was always supportive when we had questions along the way. As a Sr. UX Designer, I would go into Auryc to watch unmoderated users click through our app, observe areas where there were clicking, track rage clicks, and heatmap the pages so I could optimize our comps.

Pros

  • Heat mapping.
  • User Flows.
  • Video Recording.

Cons

  • Reporting.
  • Linking with dynamic elements so that tracking universal components doesn't require additional engineering effort.
  • Onboarding new users.

Most Important Features

  • Video sessions.
  • High level behavioral statistics and analytics.
  • Heat mapping.

Return on Investment

  • I'm not sure what tangible benefit Auryc provided other than some validation of flows.
  • Insights on error handing and supporting us to improve the experience.
  • The platform did help us focus our effort on the breakpoints that had the most impact on our bottom line.

The tool provides useful and actionable insights

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the tool to monitor user engagement and behaviour by setting up events through the tool. The tool helps us understand the level of interaction the users have with our product and what works for the user & does not work and what could potentially be better for them.

Pros

  • The tool provides actionable insights with ease.
  • The report summary and the recorded user sessions are great.
  • The support team is also very responsive and helpful.

Cons

  • Nothing that I dislike in specific.
  • However, it would be nice to have better and exhaustive support guides/user manuals to help create custom reports and use the tool more effecively.
  • The dashboard could be slightly better as too much data can be overwhelming at times.

Most Important Features

  • Setting up events.
  • Recorded user sessions.
  • Insights on user sessions.

Return on Investment

  • Know how the users engage with the product.
  • Check if the user gets stuck anywhere.
  • Recorded sessions are great.

Auryc is a great tool for site performance and improving customer satisfaction

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Auryc for the feedback section and screen recording. If someone leaves feedback that requires customer support we will reach out to help. We use the screen recordings to see if something on the site is not working properly. We also you the heatmaps to see the customers' journey and if the site needs to be improved to increase revenue.

Pros

  • Feedback collection.
  • Screen recordings for trouble shooting.
  • Heatmaps.

Cons

  • Clean reporting.

Most Important Features

  • Feedback.
  • Screen recordings.
  • Heat maps.

Return on Investment

  • The voice of the customer section has been great in assisting with customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • The Behavior sessions have been great when IT needs to troubleshoot something on the website and they can't recreate the issue.
  • Auryc has been great at showing site speed spikes to determine what might be causing it.
