Great for What We Need

We are a landscape construction company. The fact that it tells me that a person is clocking in or out outside the jobsite location is very helpful. I do wish that the location of the clock-out wasn't shown as the crow flies. It would be helpful to see more realistic driving spots. What I do not like is when someone tells me they forgot to clock back in after lunch. They can tell me any time they would like is when they return, and I can not dispute it because there is no crumb trail while clocked out. I don't know if this falls in this area....I am no longer allowed to export my QB hours for a Thursday on Thrusday evening. I have to wait to do my payroll on Friday morning, which is late for getting it to the person that delivers the checks.

- The location of clock-out is not always the same as the clock-in location. May add the option of changing the clock-out location if different
- Copy one person's timesheet to another person
- location tags appear in another person's residence a few houses away or down the street. We know they are not in that location

Will another product integration we lost HR functionality in our primary HR software leading us to sign up with Arcoro HR after Sage Intacct made the recommendation.
Pros
- in my experience, provides very minimal training
- in my experience, sends support articles to resolve issues
- in my opinion, failed to meet implementation expectations with Sage Intacct
- in my experience, doesn't get back to customers on submitted support tickets for days
Cons
- No disciplinary area for write up or verbal warnings
- in my opinion, training needs to be redesigned for those that implement the system and still have to work their 60 hours a week at the same time.
Return on Investment
- This has increased by payroll costs having to find a solution to integrate Arcoro HR with Sage Intacct
- in my experience, the ExakTime module was not built properly prior to payroll operating resulting in missed payrolls and a multitude of inaccuracies due to manual manipulation of timecard export in order to import into payroll software.
- We are experiencing an increase in data entry as we now have to enter items once in the Arcoro HR platform and then again in the Sage Intacct payroll platform.

Arcoro HR is our main and only HRIS that we currently utilize. It has allowed for the streamlining of multiple HR processes as well as serve as a digital database for the storage and central location of all employee data, information, and personnel files. Arcoro HR's time off function is easy to use and navigate for employee's, which is especially beneficial in our case with such a large majority of the employee population being scattered out across the state/out in the field. The workflows have been great in terms of being able to push out mass communications, or documents, prompting needed attention or sign offs without the hassle of physical paper/wet signatures.

- Ease of accessing documents, either employee submitted, or company provided
- Self-service options that employees have to update their information
Cons
- Workflows are lacking in terms of full customizability
- Mobile app/ease of overall use via cell phones or tablets
- Cleaner appearance, can be a bit blocky, archaic, older style of functioning
