Arcoro HR has been a great help with time keeping. Our guys use it on the field to clock in and take notes. Transfer of time sheets over to our payroll system is a breeze. Whenever we have issues or questions, the Arcoro team is quick to respond, send instructions or give us direction. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Arcoro HR is our main and only HRIS that we currently utilize. It has allowed for the streamlining of multiple HR processes as well as serve as a digital database for the storage and central location of all employee data, information, and personnel files. Arcoro HR's time off function is easy to use and navigate for employee's, which is especially beneficial in our case with such a large majority of the employee population being scattered out across the state/out in the field. The workflows have been great in terms of being able to push out mass communications, or documents, prompting needed attention or sign offs without the hassle of physical paper/wet signatures.
Pros
Visibility that employees have of their PTO
Ease of accessing documents, either employee submitted, or company provided
Self-service options that employees have to update their information
Cons
Workflows are lacking in terms of full customizability
Mobile app/ease of overall use via cell phones or tablets
Cleaner appearance, can be a bit blocky, archaic, older style of functioning
Likelihood to Recommend
Higher employee populations I think would greatly value, more so on our end with a smaller base, less than 100, a lot of the functions are not necessarily needed/too expansive. Also the fact that a very small percentage of our employee population has everyday access to a computer, i.e. a majority of Arcoro HR for employees is utilized via an iPad or cell phone, which the functionality via those modes are greatly lacking.
We use ExakTime, which is a timekeeping app. It allows us to see where our employees geographics are, if they're approaching overtime, and makes cost coding transfer easy.
Pros
The support team answers all my questions
They provide video trainings
Make understanding the platform easy to understand
Cons

I had trouble understanding how to do the daily approvals for our employees. The support team reached out to me and walked me through the steps.

Will another product integration we lost HR functionality in our primary HR software leading us to sign up with Arcoro HR after Sage Intacct made the recommendation.
Pros
in my experience, provides very minimal training
in my experience, sends support articles to resolve issues
in my opinion, failed to meet implementation expectations with Sage Intacct
in my experience, doesn't get back to customers on submitted support tickets for days
Cons
No disciplinary area for write up or verbal warnings
in my opinion, training needs to be redesigned for those that implement the system and still have to work their 60 hours a week at the same time.

In my opinion, it is less appropriate for organizations that are smaller in nature with minimal operating staff and does not integrate with our payroll or accounting software. The concept is great as far as the life cycle of the employee and everything in one place.
We have implemented Arcoro HR’s ExakTime solution for a third-party field team. The software solution has allowed for Geo fencing personnel tracking as well as time and attendance, which has given transparency to our clients as well as made our timesheet and payment more seamless. by using this tool we have saved our accounting team several hours a week on time and attendance monitoring which has freed up their time to be used on other back office issues. Our third-party clients have enjoyed the transparency and Geo fencing to show that our workers are being honest with their project work.
Pros
Time
Attendance
Payroll
Cons
Pricing/cost
Faster implementation

Easy tool, it does what we requested the tool do. The Arcoro HR ExakTime solution operates seamlessly with QuickBooks, allowing for time, attendance and payroll to be one seamless transaction for all of our field employees as well as a few W-2 employees.
We use Arcoro HR’s time-keeping product, ExakTime. All of our staffed labor uses the mobile app to clock in and out of the job site, as it has a great geofencing capability. This solution allows us to manage and report time back to the staffing firm so the workers can be paid on time. It is a simple app for the least tech-savvy person, but it requires a cell phone with a working camera, active with a data plan, and location tracking turned on. If they clock in or out away from the job site, then it alerts us so we can adjust their time accordingly. It is also set up to automatically deduct a 30-minute lunch break if they forget to clock out for lunch. Additionally, they have to take a picture of themselves when clocking in to prevent someone else from clocking in for them. It is truly a wonderful tool for us to manage such a large team of workers.
Pros
The time keeping app is all that we use.
Cons
The subscription fee is a little high.
They don’t do much to make us feel like an important customer.
I have requested additional information about other products and services, but they haven’t done much to help me learn how we could benefit from expanding our relationship with them.
The timekeeping app has a lot to be desired and is not easy to use or set up from the management side of things.

Please see previous comments in this review, as it has been spelled out pretty clearly where they do great, and the areas they need to do better are on the backend of setup and pulling time each week. If you are familiar with NetSuite, then I think this is one of their products, which is white-labeled as ExakTime.
Our field guys and their supervisors clock in and out of ExakTime. Before we started using ExakTime, we would get general estimates of what each employee worked and usually overpaid because they always seemed to "round up" and there was little accountability. Now we know exactly how long each person worked! We also know whether they were on the job site or slacking off elsewhere by seeing whether they punched in and out of the geofence.
Pros
Geofence punches
Photo capture of employee at clock in/out
Variety of reports
Export to Quickbooks for payroll
Cons
Would be nice for ExakTime to recognize if the in/out photo captured a face instead of the sky/ceiling to prompt employee to take a valid photo
Interface with AccountLinx/Quickbooks sometimes varies the precise time from what ExakTime shows. Ex. Employee shows working 4.27 hours in ExakTime, Quickbooks shows 4.26. Usually only off by a hundredth
Sometimes punches don't sync up. Employee claims they clocked in. I manually enter then it populates later
Likelihood to Recommend
We have recommended to at least two other colleagues. It helps to prevent dishonest time keeping. Manual timekeeping by a supervisor seems to create a lot of room for errors including forgetfulness of who showed up and when. It's nice to be able to track when each employee is working or how many people are on each worksite.
