We introduced Archie to have a better process for our team to find available desks, know when others will be at the office, and manage meeting room reservations in a more organized way.

Pros

  • Their customer service team is always helpful and fast in replying via chat or email.
  • The platform is exceptionally easy to use and customize to our needs.
  • It integrates with Microsoft Teams and Outlook

Cons

  • There are occasional bugs or usability issues, mainly on new features
  • You cannot create specific hybrid policies (eg: minimum office days required per week) within the platform

We now manage all desks and meeting spaces with Archie, where we previously used O365. The fact that it's integrated into Teams and Outlook made the switch very easy, and I find it a very good solution.

We use Archie for renting out specifc areas of our office building as well as tracking who comes to the office. The system is easy to use and with tons of features, there are some aspects that can be improved but we had a good experience with it.

Pros

  • The flexibility to add different resource types
  • Easy to use mobile app
  • Simple visitor registration processes
  • Overall easy to use once you are up and running with the system

Cons

  • Setting up the system can took us almost 3 weeks, they team is helpful but there is a lot that was on our side
  • It's difficult to modify reservations once they took place
  • Managing invoices is another area that could be improved

The booking pocess is very fast and I can see all resources available in a nice floor plan, along with information on who from my team is at the office at a certain time.

Pros

  • The option to see when my colleagues are at the office
  • Can see room availability from tablets outside of the door
  • Check-ins and notifications in Slack

Cons

  • No option to look up my colleagues schedule
  • It's annoying when I get logged out of the app

We use Archie to manage desks and rooms at our office. I like the interactive office plans, but that is something other vendors offer as well. What I think makes Archie unique is how easy it is to filter by specific criteria, manage priority bookings, have customized booking rules different resources, and generally manage relatively complex setups in a way that makes things still very easy for the user.

It definitely helps saving time and keeping our office more organized. Personally I find the app easy to use, which is the most important thing, but also noticed there are fewer schedule conficts for example when it comes to meeting rooms.

Archie has been a great solution to manage our bookings and billing at our coworking space. We work with different types of clients (regular clients and occasional clients) , Archie gives you the flexibility to set up different settings for each type which helps keeping things well organized

I manage all the operational tasks for our coworking space. Archie helps us track client reservations, manage billing, and keep everything organized. We’ve got 2 different locations, both set in Archie, it is very easy to switch from one to the other one to review the information desired.

  • The user interface is great but not very customizable beyond the branding

Great visitor and space management solution

Archie is a very neat visitor and space management solution. I use it to book meeting rooms and desks at my office and get notifications whenever a visitor check-ins, like a customer or a job applicant. It has a beautiful UX, and let's users add pictures of each room - a surprisingly handy feature, especially for our visitors. Comparing to other tools I've used it's very flexible and gives me full control of the cancelation policy, minimum meeting time, etc. Overall, it's very easy to onboard, works well and it saves our team a lot of time.

I oversee booking management and customer invoicing. Archie helps having everything automized, it automates invoicing and payments in an effective way, we are able to configure the automatic payments for our customers. It’s taken away a lot of of follow up with our customers.

The customer information is easy to locate, you can review everything related to a specifc account, and can perform tasks in here directly, when reviewing a specific customer, you don't have to go back and forth to confirm their status or to create a booking for them

I like that it simplifies how we manage our workspace. It lets us quickly find available desks and rooms without any confusion, also thanks to the visual floor maps they created for us. The app shows real-time availability, so there’s no double bookings and we can easily plan our office days.
