Overall Satisfaction with Archie

We now manage all desks and meeting spaces with Archie, where we previously used O365. The fact that it's integrated into Teams and Outlook made the switch very easy, and I find it a very good solution.

Pros

  • Integrations with Teams and Outlook
  • Office floor maps
  • Colleague search function

Cons

  • Add favorite rooms and resources
  • Add shortcuts to the mobile app
  • More onboarding material
  • For sure a time saver when it comes to booking meeting spaces or looking up the schedule of my coworkers.
Mainly giving a high satisfaction score because of the Microsoft integrations which embed most of Archie's functionalities.
