To find contacts and send emails to do mass outreach. Apollo.io helps the process by finding emails that can be very closely filtered and speeds up the process of sending emails in bulk. Its been very useful for me.
Cold outreach at scale. Ability to reach out to a large number of prospects in a short amount of time.

Like campaigns but could not move and test LinkedIn in a 2-week trial.

Improve Apollo provided emails. It appears you rely on your clients to provide emails to your email list.

GenAi is creating really interesting new avenues for client outreach and the marketplace is trying to determine the best way forward. They could be some disruption to current providers. Especially for new young firms looking for something new and different.
I use Apollo.io to contact more potential CPAs and business appraisers to join our organization and help them satisfy their required CE credits. To broadcast our upcoming events, like conferences and webinars, to more people, and in a way, the company will have more members and eventually get them to do business with us.

The automatic email feature is extremely helpful for quickly contacting more potential clients. It is user-friendly and easy to access all buttons, which helps you navigate the task efficiently. It could greatly help to acquire more clients for a project to be successful. I cannot see anything less appropriate for me to achieve the goal I am aiming for.
Apollo helps us to highly target certain industries and personas. It eliminates the need for constant follow-up with leads, as the sequencing function effectively sends out emails at regular intervals with different call-to-actions.

Great tool for a start-up sales motion. Prospecting, data validation, CRM, sequences, calls, and deal management all in one place. Also, the setup is ridiculously easy. I also have a lot of experience with prospecting and CRM tools, but still. Really impressed with it overall. Also got a call with support 1:1, which was really appreciated. Excited to explore the ai features more.

Good for sales startups, but perhaps not as effective once you have a full-blown sales team. Not sure what else to write here, it's very similar to my previous feedback. Good for start-ups and keeping all the costs in one platform. I do wish it were less buggy, but it's good. thank you.
I really like how easy Apollo is to use and how much easier it makes the whole outreach process! Just add your preferences and filters and you're good to go! I also like that it does all the follow up for you and I am always surprised how many good leads are in the tool! I have recommended it to a few people now, and they love it as well.
