We use Apollo.io for lead generation and sequence building. Apollo.io is able to create targeted lead lists based on a whole host of filters. We have been very pleased with the results so far and the platform is much more advanced than other outreach softwares we have used in the past.

Lead generation based on specific target filters or similar companies is fantastic. Great for larger organizations that do lots of outbound. Too advanced for smaller companies.
I´m using Apollo to research prospects, save them in a list, and push them to our CRM system. Furthermore, I´m doing email outreach via Apollo sequences. All in all, I´m very satisfied with the data quality and the fast responses of the customer service desk. The sequence feature could be a bit more advanced, but for the price, the value makes sense to me.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money but want a working, trustworthy service, Apollo works well. Phone numbers are only a good fit for 80% of cases, but other tools, like Surfe, are performing better. Also, the data could be updated more often. Sometimes, leads have changed their job a few weeks ago, but it takes a while for it to be updated in Apollo.

Apollo.io is well suited for anyone who is doing prospecting and looking to track success rates of their outreach campaign. It’s not ideal for somebody who is looking to do organization mapping.
I am using Apollo.io effectively and most time getting the accurate connect and information from the tool itself. Most common business problem is to get the right stakeholders connect which Apollo.io has addressed very well. We are using Apollo.io for sales to generate qualified leads for organisation. Overall good experience with Apollo.io.

I already recommended this tool to another organisation where they have enquired about which tool you are using. Those who want to really track their efforts and tasks and follow ups as well automation with combine analytics, this tool will become extended arm for your business.

Lead filtering and automated email generation is pretty nice in Apollo. A structured and modularized UI would help in faster learning.

I use to find prospects work emails mainly, sometimes phone number but not often. i found it very useful because most of the time it can be found, and it linked with my LinkedIn so make it easy to access. I want to use it for email Candence but however my company admin seems did not gave me the access for it, which is the only problem for me.

Apollo provides a one-stop shop for finding leads, sending emails, and managing basic deal flow which i really like. for the less appropriate is : The Credit Consumption: Phone number credits are often limited on Apollo.io's plans, making it an expensive and inefficient solution for a call-heavy strategy.
