Agorapulse is nice tool that can bring all your social media private messaging and public responses to posts into one setting for easy review and response, including Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and Instagram. It allows a team to work them all from one location rather than having to log into several different platforms.
Pros
Bringing all business social media into one location
Allowing users to organize messages and responses by oldest ones unworked
Can assign messages to team members and tag them with labels for reporting
Cons
Reporting doesn't work well when trying to determine how many items an agent worked in a day
Their team can be somewhat slow to respond in the event of issues (sometimes several hours)
The automatic "assigning" of a sentiment to a message is often inaccurate
Likelihood to Recommend
Agorapulse is a great tool for organizing multiple social media platforms into one location. One agent with a user name and password can access messages across all platforms rather than needing separate ones for each platform. The reporting can be somewhat limited and misleading; I often had to explain multiple times what the "numbers" reported actually meant.
Streamlining social media channels and their management via a distributed content team and calculating the KPIs. We are currently using Agora Pulse for 11
brand accounts.
Pros
Full of features, and as the social media channel features are updated, the Agora team is quick to adapt
The account manager and support team are real humans, hands-on and extremely helpful.
User frendly and great help article section
Cons
Having all features available on browser app on the mobile app.
Instagram preview to have the ability to rearrange by moving the tumbnail images
Likelihood to Recommend
They are fantastic applications and great value for money, and they shine when it comes to user support. Slightly pricier for a single subscriber who will benefit greatly from Agora Pulse
Being able to schedule content for two different brands across five separate platforms and nine different profiles. See the engagement and reporting on posts
Pros
The ability to duplicate content and easily select repetitive hashtags is really helpful and speeds up the workflow.
The insight with the reporting is really helpful, from seeing the times followers are motst engaged to seeing how much of a video is completed.
The ability to preview the instagram grid is really helpful and was one of the reasons I chose Agorapulse over its competitiors. The look of the grid is important to us.
Cons
When it comes to choosing times to post, I would like Agorapulse to suggest times based on the times previous posts got good engagement. A competitor had this functionality but I can't remember who it was.
When an image is not the right format/size, I would rather Agorapulse be able to tell me which one it is rather than just leaving me to have to investigate which one is problematic.
A shortcuts tab to my most visited sections of Agorapulse would be helpful. E.g. I am always checking the best times to post from the global reporting tab.

It has a lot of functionality and the support team are always very prompt in investigating and solving problems I might have. It is a bit pricey compared to other schedulers but I think that money is worth based on those two points alone.
At our company, we use Agorapulse for scheduling and publishing social media content, creating cross-channel reports, responding to comments and messages, social listening and engagement, and collaborating with our internal team on all of these efforts. We are able to do all of this in one place and have a track record of the activity. Before Agorapulse, we were doing everything by email. This makes it much easier, especially knowing that other teammates can still receive an email if desired in order to be notified of action items on their end. We have two pro accounts currently used by myself and one other person on my team who is involved in the day-to-day of social media management at our company.
Pros
Collaboration with internal team - competitors we evaluated didn't have the same ability to collaborate with our teammates and assign tasks or approvals across publishing, inbox, and social listening like Agorapulse has. This is a major plus for us!
Customer service - excellent team and top notch communication
Cost effective pricing - it is an all in one tool that solves the majority of our business needs for social media at good price
Social listening included - it's great that we're able to monitor keywords and hashtags for our brands without an add-on fee. Many competitors charge extra for this feature, so we are grateful is included in our main plan.
Cons
Having the ability to gain access for more than one account to view billing and invoices would greatly help our process and make it easier for us.
For social listening on Instagram, we would love the ability to be able to filter out certain countries, only choose certain languages, and remove content from being seen that uses specific keywords.
For assigning tasks in the Agorapulse inbox, our workflow would be enhanced if we could see all historical data in a chat between teammates rather than seeing only one message at a time with the single ability to assign and unassign. It does the basics of what we need for now, but this would make it even better.
Having the flexibility to edit the text in the caption when cross-posting the same post across channels would make it easier to schedule and publish posts.

If you work for a small business and are looking for an all-in-one social media management tool at a low cost to meet your needs across scheduling, publishing, reporting, social care, social listening, and team collaboration, Agorapulse is for you. If you are looking for more robust capabilities in social listening, for example, at a larger company, then you might like to consider software more tailored to your specific needs.
We use Agorapulse to schedule our content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn for two brands, [...] and ]...]. In addition to content creation and scheduling, we also utlise social listening, inbox, and reporting. The reporting function easily allows us to see which posts have performed well and what we need to change, we can see the best time to post, popular types of post, and lots of details to help plan for most of the channels we use. We have two team members who use the platform daily and we've also made use of the shared calendar function for our manager to approve posts if necessary.
Pros
Reporting
Listening
Planning
Inbox
Cons
Alt text not transferred over if duplicating post on a different social account
Alt text limit for LinkedIn fewer words than is allowed from direct posting
Other types of posts for LinkedIn, like document and article, not available

Agorapulse has been a huge benefit to us as a business and is the most comprehensive platform we've used, having previously been with Hootsuite and ContentCal. It is likely to be better for companies that are managing multiple social profiles and want to consolidate these into one manageable platform. Given the amount of features it provides, it might not be suitable for individuals. The reporting is a fantastic part of the platform, which includes brand awareness for certain profiles, the best time to post for engagement, and details that all help with strategising. The inbuilt link shortening and tracking is useful, we've set this up and need to explore its capabilities further. Overall, we would recommend Agorapulse and it's a great asset to our business.
I love the ease and access of posting to multiple social media platforms all in one place. The metrics are pretty good too. Each platform varies on the metrics so it depends on what you are looking for. As far as the social listening goes, it's nice to be able to filter "organic comments" versus paid ad comments, for example, and be able to respond to your audience. Agorapulse gives you notifications if a post fails as well. Customer service is always wonderful and eager to help! I do recommend AgoraPulse!
Pros
Ease and access
Customer service quick to respond and eager to help; find a solution
The ability to post from multiple platforms all at one but also being able to customize each post so they care slightly different, different pics or using hashtags versus not using hashtags for example.
Cons
I noticed recently, I'll set up a tweet from X (Twitter) to make sure the characters are the right amount, and then I'll plug it into v and it says I have too many characters. I feel like this has possibly changed? I don't remember it doing this before. Don't like that part.
I would like to see the ability to use thumbnails on all platforms
Certain size videos don't upload to LinkedIn but if I do it directly from the LinkedIn page, it will allow that size.

Only reason I didn't give a 10 is because there is always room for change and improvement! But I highly recommend Agorapulse to any business using social media. It is a great product with great people ready to help! I enjoy using it everyday and literally can't imagine work life without it!
Agorapulse is a dream social media management software!
We were looking for scheduling software that did exactly what's promoted, no hurdles. We're so happy that Agorapulse was that for us! We've tried many different competitors, but Agorapulse is my personal favourite, and the one that I'm going to be sticking with.
Not only is the scheduling software a breeze, but the analytics, assigning posts, inbox, and more, are fantastic features we use on the daily.
We're happy to use this software to post daily across many social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for both internal use and client use.
Pros
Impressive, fast communication (customer support)
Easy scheduling tools -- with a nice social media preview feature!
Accurate social media metrics reports (and making top performing content easy to see and detailing how it's top performing!)
Cons
Adding scheduling for other platforms (like Threads!)
Organizing for additional clients (which I know is on the way!)
Likelihood to Recommend
Want to run a social media department? I think Agorapulse is perfect. In my experience, it has everything you need post-strategy to make sure your posts are being seen, and then tells you by HOW MUCH they're being seen.
I create and post all content for multiple social media platforms. Without a scheduling tool, I would not be able to stay on top of social media. Agorapulse lets me easily schedule posts ahead of time, which gives my supervisors plenty of time to review/edit/revise my content.
Pros
I love that I get a detailed list of new features and how to implement them after an update.
The publishing tools are very simple to use and teach other members of my team.
I like that you can create notes and toggle them on and off for a simplified view of the calendar.
Cons
Sometimes the social media preview does not accurately display the image size. I have noticed this when publishing an image along with a link to our blog.

I have reached out a few times with questions/issues and I always get a quick and helpful response from their team!
Everything is in one place! Monitoring is easy and intuitive and social media management easy and efficient. It is easier and above all faster to be able to read all the comments and be able to respond to them in one place. The programming calendar is very well done. The gears are also well fitted. But above all what I like about Agorapulse is that it is an intuitive and very easy to use platform, not to mention the fast and efficient customer service.
Pros
Customer service, fast and personalized
Social media monitoring
Reports
Social media calendar and programming
Cons
Offering access to more social media (pinterest, snapchat, thread...)
It could be cool to have help from an AI for creating text
Having the possibility to monitor Facebook Groups that the page follow
Having the possibility to search specific users or terms in the monitoring section
Likelihood to Recommend
Every morning my routine is really simplified, because I spend my time in a single platform. It is certain that with the limitations of certain social networks it is impossible to see everything, but it is rather minimal as a problem. During implementation, small problems can often occur, but the customer service is really efficient.
