Adobe CQ was acquired from Swiss company Day Software in 2010. Part of Adobe's Digital Marketing Suite, the platform integrates with Adobe Marketing Cloud, including SiteCatalyst, Test&Target, Scene7, Search&Promote and Insight. It presents in-place editing, drag-and-drop page composition from a library of web components, controls for SEO, scheduled delivery of content, and landing page optimization. It is mobile-accessible with Adobe CQ Mobile, and with Adobe CQ Social Communities, it helps the user take advantage of social media and branded communities. Adobe CQ Marketing Campaign Management allows CQ to manage all aspects of multichannel marketing campaigns. Adobe CQ Cloud Manager allows enterprises to create, manage, and scale CQ within a cloud infrastructure.
