We use Acumatica to take care of all of our accounting ERP needs that we have, and we use it to integrate with Procore which does our project management, so we need a system that is able to integrate back and forth between our accounting and our project management.
Pros
We just went live about two weeks ago, so we are here at Acumatica Summit to see everything it's capable of. One of the things it is capable of is the dashboards and the integration with some of these third-party people to ensure we can get the data we need when we need it, so we're looking forward to getting all that live for us.
Cons
I think improvement, we don't know too much yet as we're just now going live, but the customization is the thing that's nice about software like this, you are able to customize it very well easily, but that takes a little bit of understanding to get to know that, and so we're not quite there yet. That'd probably be my complaint, even though it's not really a complaint, it's just able to do too much for us.

It is well suited because it appears to have been designed to work across multiple industries, and we've kind of seen that it works well for the construction industry. Still, we've been here at the Acumatica Summit and have seen a lot of other industries being able to use the same product, so they have designed it well.
We are mostly using Acumatica right now to track inventory, procurement, & financial reporting, We have had a lot of inventory issues & discrepancies in the past. Acumatica is helping us track our inventory levels, know when to create PO's to order more materials, & track the raw materials through to finished goods. We have only been using it for a few months, so we are still working through some kinks, but we are excited for the future.
Pros
The hierarchy of purchase requests & purchase orders - it allows us to ensure the proper approvals & processes we needed
The customizable abilities of the screens & reports has been amazing. We came from a very flat system with no custom options. Everyone can now view things the way the want, alter the reports to fit their needs, & it has been so helpful.
Cons
We dislike that when there is a PO receipt & it is reversed, it must be invoiced in order to clear it.
We had a rough implementation, not Acumatica's fault, but it has left a bad taste in the mouth of some of our users.

It does financial reports really well, which is a nice change from our previous system. It is also very easy to customize reports, which is also really nice.
We leverage Acumatica as our core ERP system. We are a construction company and it has solved several problems for us, especially using the Project module to track our costs and run Revenue Recognition. We also leverage Acumatica for our manufacturing company, especially using product configurator to allow users to select proper options to define the product we need to build for a specific project.

it's very well suited for project racking in the corporate and regional offices. Also for Manufacturing tracking sales and production orders. Also obviously handling accounting and core financials. SO far it doesn't seem to be I'll suited anywhere within what it was made to do

Acumatica works very well for companies that have outgrown quickbooks or something similar. It is a big challenging for someone who doesn’t have a good it team on staff. Acumatica is very well designed for distribution companies.

Acumatica does the best out of all ERP software I've ever used about report creation and data retrieval. Generic Inquiries are amazing at being able to look at your data in different and novel ways.
