Pros

Detailed....lets you know everything that is going on.
Easy to use, web based, doesn't take up space on your network.
Manageable from anywhere, makes things very easy.

Cons

Automatically adding new users to be tracked shouldn't be the default.
I'd like to see Team Pulse as the default page after log in.
Menu navigation could be a bit easier.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Many of us work remote so we use it to confirm the employees are working during business hours and the amount of hours they are reporting for their paycheck. We have two employees whose accounts are not tracking accurately in ActivTrak.

We have reached out many times and finally the case was escalated to [...} however he has not reached back out with any updates and continues to say the app is tracking accurately. Clearly it is not when I can pull the report and the data it reports to do not even match each other nor the receipts the employee has on their computer to show they were working while ActivTrak is not showing them working. The owner has requested a refund for the past 2 months since the app has not worked accurately and I have not heard back from the finance team after 10 days of the request. Very disappointed in the response times and lack of support given when things are not going as the app was sold

Cons

In my opinion, Chrome OS support or take it off the market until it works properly
In my experience, Support team and Finance team reply times
In my experience, Support team knowledge, willingness to help when things go wrong and are not fixed by a simple troubleshooting guide
In my experience, Lack of support for when things go wrong and understanding of customer service

It has been very easy to set up and maintain all our users information and device activity since day one.
