I find this tool to be the best and most precise Sales Engagement Software that is currently available on the market. [Reply] has some great automation tools that so beautifully keep all the leads on track, which can easily create content and even lead to a better presence in the market arena. Hence, with all that being said, I highly recommend this software to businesses, especially to implement within their Sales and Marketing teams.

Pros
  • While building campaigns, Reply shows you how likely it is that your content will receive a reply.
  • Reply has useful training material.
  • The insights are great. I can see when an email has been opened or clicked.

Cons
  • There's not much editing options in terms of the email design, but it's not really a con since it allows the emails to get through picky Gmail and other email providers' filters.

Support Rating
I generally receive a reply in no time at all and found not only the support org. but the sales team to be extremely helpful. Additionally I found a great onboarding process with plenty of resources to consume.

Alternatives Considered
We
use Reply for our outbound sales initiatives, and the system performs
excellently for us, outperforming any other platform. This is a fantastic
product that offers excellent value for money. I chose this above others for a
range of factors like it has made it simple for us to start up cold outreach
campaigns and execute quick and easy messaging tests. I think the Reply tool is
best for our company because it does a good job of solving our problem of
scaling outbound sales effectively and at a very reasonable price.

Return on Investment
  • Reply has helped us successfully send hundreds of invitations that turned into customers that attended our events.
  • We have lost money through the inability to export results of campaigns and therefore lost data and leads.
