Less Annoying CRM is an excellent system for us as we log everything we do with a customer and has easy access to the imfromation later. May sound "of course" but this is by far the easiest CRM I've ever worked with during my 30 years in sales. Follow-up and scheduling is easy managable as well as designing forms and fields our selves. Less Annoying CRM has a good list of plug'ins to other software for integrational puposes. Most important to us is support when needed. Less Annoying CRM excels in its support. Don't hesitate, it doesn't do everything, but get started and get surprised
Throughout the time that we have used it, Oracle has provided a full on pipeline of solutions and account planning which increases the services of marketing, accounting and finance. We notice that with sales it was simply a breakthrough, allowing us to make better decisions with real-time view and proactive communication to get the job done. No dislikes for this software at all
Ease of moving calendar / action items around, closing out
Customer service is extremely responsive, they don't hide behind a "contact us" form on their website as so many companies seem to do. You can readily reach them by phone!
The one thing I was looking for is a place to manage multiple businesses with one project. Like if I am selling a "summer camp guide," I would like to have info for sales in one place with multiple contacts and businesses. LACRM customer service provided a workaround for me by suggesting I set up a specific pipeline for each project and them put each business in there. It is working great and, actually, a much better way to manage the project than I have originally intended.
I really don't have anything else to add. LACRM is perfect for us.
Lack of documentation for developers -- it feels like almost nothing in the grand scheme of things, especially around OpenUI. Sure there are some things on bookshelf, but that's all it is, some. It's not in depth--there are hardly any examples and I generally get answers outside of bookshelf.
Support isn't so good, I'd sooner try to solve the problem with many workarounds than put a support ticket in that might go into the abyss and never get resolved.
The user interface is lacking for our version. Granted, we are at least four years behind and have no mobile responsiveness (we had to build that ourselves) but I've seen the newer version and there need to be more intuitive user interface patterns in general
Sometimes there are weird quirks in customizations that should work in theory, but don't.
I knew nothing about CRMs, and within a day of purchasing Less Annoying CRM, I was able to set up my contacts list with custom fields. After a brief call to Customer Service, I was able to set up my first pipelines and understand how to use them. This CRM is so simple to use, and extremely versatile.
Oracle Siebel CRM is an older Sales CRM, so many of it's features aren't as current as ones used today. However, it has a smoother and easy-to-use UI. We're glad that we can still access Oracle Siebel CRM because it's easier to find older information that we can't easily find in our Salesforce Lightning CRM tool.
Customer support is fantastic with these guys, they’re always very prompt to answer, and the team is very personable and easy to work with. I can’t really say much more than that, my interactions have been fairly limited, but what interactions I had, I can see without a shadow of a doubt they were very enjoyable and swift in resolving my issues.
We no longer have support for our Oracle Siebel CRM. When we did, the support was slow to get some things fixed, therefore, there was a lot of downtime. Of course, this slowed down our overall productivity and increased our overall frustration with the tool. However, it would be nice if we still had some support with it since we still do access it from time to time.
After explaining that I was moving from Salesforce and the problems I was encountering, they took over and implemented the data in such a quick and efficient way, I was looking for the other shoe to drop but they did an amazing job so very impressed
Less Annoying CRM is so much easier to use and is at least as powerful if not more in the areas that matter to me as a small business owner. The way you do things in Less Annoying CRM are the ways that common sense would dictate you do them. It doesn't overcomplicate things to show how smart the engineers that designed it were.
Siebel is quite a bit slower in performance and lacks support for modern browsers, in contrast to Salesforce.com. It's also much less searchable and discoverable (with regard to insights) and lacks a fresh look. I'm not privy to all the reasons why our organization moved away from Siebel CRM, but I'm glad we did.
Not just storage of information, but utilizing that information to build stronger relationships with clients
Because it's web-based, we can be at our desk or on the road and still have the full functionality of the CRM at our fingertips, which helps us keep focusing on sales!
Very positive impact: replacing multiple silo applications based on outdated technology
Provide data integrity by eliminating redundancy and the use of audit trails
Improves safety of users on the field: use of tracking tool and providing list of hazards
Thanks to the multi-org feature of the Siebel CRM, after a first successful implementation we were able to package the solution and offer it to multiple other customers, with minimum changes.
