Monster is a job portal with rich features and a great depth of database in candidates. They also have a good search option that is able to display the right candidates when you search for them. The only gripe that I have about Monster is that they need to improve their database of candidates when it comes to blue-collar jobs or non-software jobs.

With Monster, we can attract more active candidates than passive ones that LinkedIn uses. Monster is more globally present than Naukri, which is used mostly only in India. Monster job posts are more effective than Indeed.
