Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000) is well suited on small and medium sites that need entry-level voice and IP telephony capabilities, together
with powerful, easy-to-use collaboration tools. However , if a single user interface or VMware servers are deal breakers for you, I suggest another call system will likely be a better fit.

There are many meetings that take place in our business and we also have many remote employees. Videxio allows everyone to participate and be part of a conference, which is much different than just being on the phone. Our weekly performance meeting is a must-attend event and Videxio makes it easier.

  • Interfaces seamlessly with Skype, Google Hangouts and Microsoft Teams.
  • The ability to have two content items on the screen at one time, being video of the presenters and a sharescreen, or open document, is brilliant.
  • Pexip Infinity is available as a full on-premises solution, which is great for a defence industry enterprise.

  • I am so grateful to have found the perfect video all tool I can’t recommend any improvements. But I know they are great listeners and will send any I think of in the future.

Support Rating
Overall, the product provides excellent value for money. Our employees may interact at the same time on the Cisco Business Edition 6000 without disrupting the conversation. We have a significant number of employees that perform the same thing with calls, texting, and presence, and none of them have an issue.

Pexip Infinity's customer support function deserves a full score for their work. The ironic thing is, I have never had to deal with them at all, which means that their entire development team is actually a support team because they have crafted a product that the client never has to talk to them about; it is just that good and works seamlessly. There are very few products out there that works as easily as Pexip Infinity.

Alternatives Considered
Both Mitel and [Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6000)] allow the benefit of virtualization. If desired you could have an entirely virtual system. Cisco handles the virtualization a little better, however Mitel MiCollab is easier to integrate presence and calls. Cisco underlying architecture seems to be a little more stable, Mitel seems to be a little more user friendly. There are pros and cons and both are good solutions.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the video GoToMeeting provided us. Moreover, my team didn’t find it easy to operate this software as it has a very tough and dry interface and above all the features GoToMeeting possesses were quite vague and we were not able to find them.

Ultimately, we found software that is perfect for our virtual connectivity.

  • We were able to quickly reduce the backlog of video interview work that was stuck in queue.
  • We wasted no time searching through the 30+ other competitors in this space, many of which we had already tried, because Videxio had every thing we could not find up until then.
  • No negative impacts, in fact, because TrustRadius helped us find Videxio very quickly, we actually reduced the time it took to get our project back on track.
