Bullhorn Connexys vs. Vibe HCM (discontinued)

Bullhorn Connexys manage to improve the precedent and of the candidates, exponential and scalable growth is generated in most of the departments, although the only department that uses this tool is the human resources department, we have noticed that in general, all the jobs have improved All hired personnel are selected through an advanced selection filter to guarantee the hiring of only trained personnel or the one with the best work quality.

It is best suited for companies that want their HR function streamlined and automated. It's also suited for companies that want their employees to engage more and collaborate on the same platform.

• Vibe HCM is highly configurable. That flexibility is extremely useful.
• The portal pages create a friendly user experience that aids in adoption.
• Vibe takes action on change requests and enhancements quickly.
• The number of employee self-service options allow for easy colleague use.

• Any areas of opportunity are discussed and addressed. They are incredibly open to suggestions and have an overall attitude of continuous improvement. No possibility goes unexplored.

We use Bullhorn to help us recruit, hiring, and manage the complete recruitment and applicant tracking process. We use it to manage the placement and activities of all employee data necessary to manage that placement. All of the data is accessible in one system and provides us with a complete array of reports. There is a learning curve...but...it is easy to use.

It works just as advertised! Not always the case with solutions. Flexible and configurable!

Bullhorn is a much quicker process than Indeed. I used both platforms and have had success with both. However, if I want a job filled quicker my best bet is bullhorn because it instantly gets delivered to the candidate's email. Whereas Indeed, the candidate has to log into the website to see my job posting.

We selected Vibe HCM about 2 1/2 years ago because they approached communication and the interaction between the employer and the employee so differently. It was a combination of connection and transaction. You have a system that meets the business need and functionality but that connects with your employee in such a fresh non-corporate way. It's not just about automating a process but building an environment that surrounds those daily business transactions that looks and feels how we interact on the web and social media. It totally transforms not only the user experience but the employers as well. It makes us think a little bit more about the touch points we have with our employees and how we want those to look/feel and resonate.

• The percentage term shows the positive increase in the development of hiring linked to different work areas.
• The vacancies are filled by qualified personnel in a really short time.
