This tool allows the human resources department to achieve appropriate results according to current needs, without a doubt the relationship with clients and all possible candidates for our job has improved significantly and noticeably. This tool offers us functions to improve the presence of our candidates, such as the way of involving people from the web, allowing the creation of small forms to acquire data and possible professional profiles. As it is, we avoid having complicated paper forms that previously generated delays and a long work time.

Initial setup can be a bit cumbersome.
Customizing the forms is a simple task but in the beginning, it was difficult for us due to our low experience.
