Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We are currently using it in the sales department in our prospecting efforts. In this effort we use it to identify ideal customer fits, then find the appropriate contacts within said companies, then engage to assess the fit/interest. We are in the process of reviewing WebSights to see if we can get our Marketing team engaged with ZoomInfo as well. If we decide to proceed down this route Marketing would use ZoomInfo WebSights to do further analysis of website visitors.
Pros
- Content data is relevant and reliable.
- Scoops are extremely helpful to create talking points.
- Always updating and staying current.
Cons
- Does not break down companies at the subsidiary level.
- Would love for their contact hierarchy to be more detailed/updated.
- Decreased time spent trying to find leads.
- Faster lead conversion.
- Increased our CRM database.
- Decreased time to identify decision maker(s).
- Increased time trying to find appropriate subsidiaries.
