Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Used by the business development team to help find contact information for outreach.

Pros

  • Has pretty good accuracy for contact information.
  • Good filtering options for prospecting target companies.
  • The list builder is a good function.

Cons

  • A lot of outdated contacts. I have to search for contacts with LinkedIn to make sure they are current, I then come back to ZoomInfo for contact info.
  • When pulling company list from specific industries, get a lot of companies that don't match the target.
  • ZoomInfo really helps get the contact info for prospects we are already aware of, but cannot be trusted to generate prospects without cross-referencing with LinkedIn or another tool.
ZoomInfo is great if you do a lot of prospecting.
