Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Used by the business development team to help find contact information for outreach.
Pros
- Has pretty good accuracy for contact information.
- Good filtering options for prospecting target companies.
- The list builder is a good function.
Cons
- A lot of outdated contacts. I have to search for contacts with LinkedIn to make sure they are current, I then come back to ZoomInfo for contact info.
- When pulling company list from specific industries, get a lot of companies that don't match the target.
- ZoomInfo really helps get the contact info for prospects we are already aware of, but cannot be trusted to generate prospects without cross-referencing with LinkedIn or another tool.
