Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Generally good - easy to provision and monitor usage from an admin point of view. Recording management is easy, and by far the easiest recording tool to integrate into other systems. Zoom Workplace contracting is a little bit annoying in terms of their responsiveness and support. Added features like Zoom Webinars are still good but need a little support in order to properly launch with your own branding controls.
