Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for meetings, webinars and storage. Helps with the problem of remote employees and meetings, hosting virtual gatherings, etc

Pros

  • platform has good scheduling options
  • easy to use
  • nice features for backgrounds, effects

Cons

  • Customer service is TERRIBLE in my opinion
  • Hard to speak with an actual person
  • Wait times for "cases" is weeks
  • Reps are overloaded with customers and say they dont have time to help you
  • improved collaboration with remote colleages
