Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom has made it so easy for users to conduct meetings and not have to hassle with figuring it all out. Zoom is just so much simpler.

Pros

  • Usability.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Access is simple.

Cons

  • Room map layout.
  • More global extensions for phones.
  • Better value.
  • A better platform with more features.
Better product.
We use all SX10s, and the room connector made using them so easy. Configuring our AV to use the Zoom portal and dial calls was just as easy.
