Zoom is an amazing tool for video conferencing, meetings where we can share our screens, and sending IMs during live meetings.

- Gives an option to record meetings.
- Provides transcript of recorded meetings.

Cons
- Zoom can add transcripts during live meetings.
- They can make it easier for participants to dial in when the host has to miss the meeting.
- Zoom has saved a lot of time in initiating meetings.
- Screen share has made it easy to explain our point across teams at different locations.
Zoom has a much better and more intuitive UI.
