Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly has been used for almost 4 years for yearly plans. Every new fiscal year, there is a request for updates of formulas/rules due to the changes in the Compensation plans.

  • Allows leaders to see direct reports incentives
  • Suitable for complex plans
