Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Xactly Incent to calculate incentives for the sales staff, send compensation plans, and view attainment. The impersonation tool is very helpful in identifying issues from the end user, our old system did not have that. The scope of our teams use is every single day. Making updates and answering questions when they arise.

  • Could have used end user training on our material, not generic material
  • Some setup steps can be cumbersome and confusing
  • There has been a lot of confusion around account assignments as its our first year
  • The incentive statement has improved end user quality with possibility of drill down
  • The impersonation tool helps connect the admin to the end user with screen sharing

Xactly Incent is well suited for when issues arise from sales staff. The impersonation tool is extremely helpful to see what they are seeing in real time and helps in finding a quick solution instead of them having to share their screen. The incentive statements are also very helpful in breaking attainment down by specific month to look into discrepancies.
