Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent is a core module in our Sales incentive planning and payment system. It supports our 110+ internal sales people, plus our external reps.
Pros
- Strengths include cloud-based implementation. We have a global sales force, and this platform serves them well.
- The Incent UI is relatively easy to understand and learn.
- Users appreciate the ability to receive an up to date view of their compensation plan.
Cons
- Users have commented on some UI quirkiness. I need to ask more questions about this.
- I would like to see a future roadmap.
- Incent helps pay our sales team in a reasonable amount of time.
- ROI is good, since we can manage the entire sales commissions process with 3 people.
- The challenge is to bring on new Xactly technologies, which cost more money, before knowing if they will return an ROI.
