Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
We use Wingman for all our customer conversations. It serves three purposes:
1. Automatic recording and transcription of calls
2. Quality control
3. Huge assist for frontline sales and customer success teams during calls

Pros
- It is great at recording calls and transcribing them for me
- Great at team management and new employee onboarding and training
Cons
- Wingman can improve upon the kind of assistance it provides, currently, it is wild cards for product queries. These are filled in by the sales team manager/intelligence team before calls. But if Wingman can actually connect with our docs and global intelligence on competitors for our calls, I think it will be a superior product.
