Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Being used for day-to-day travel expenses as well as all other business expenses that occur within the role.
Pros
- Photo receipts onto the phone app.
- Merge the photos to the website.
- Saving trips live so you don't forget them.
Cons
- Sometimes there feels like there are too many clicks
- It would be nice for the receipt library automatically load
- Streamlined the whole process.
- Made both ends of the expense system easier.
Concur was so much harder to use, spent so much time switching between each page on the app it was frustrating at times.

When i had an issue with receipt not attaching, it was quickly resolved
