Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the whole organization to record mileage and expenses. It is simpler than completing our previous forms for this. It allows me to view previous claims and check that I have received payments.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Creates a history of claims.
  • App available for on the go.

Cons

  • Easier to navigate.
  • Simplified options.
  • Saves me time.
  • Makes me more productive.
  • Allows me to check that I am not loosing out.
It can be a little difficult to use at times until you gain a better understanding of how to navigate the various options.
As of now, I have not required any support, however, full reminders and prompts do pop up occasionally that helps to guide you through the task that you are aiming to complete which is often very useful and helpful. I know that if support is required that there are contact details that are easily found for any assistance I may need.
I have not used any other products like web expenses in the past as it is the first piece of software that I have seen that can do all of these particular features

Yes

It is useful to use the app version while on the go to record mileage while on a journey. The interactive map is good when journeys are not a straightforward a to b route and you need to modify the route. It can be a little difficult to navigate through its various menus and this could do with being simplified.
