Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Logging and payment of business expenses and mileage expenses by employees. The system also provides records of expenses submitted and paid.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to input information
Easy access to system with other equipment ie mobile phones
Provides great record of information and easiness to access

Cons

It is sometimes not that easy to attach documents such as receipts via my laptop, and I find myself uploading documents from my phone

Return on Investment

There is consistency across the company for all expenses submitted
Easy of record keeping by all users is improved both in terms of how easy it is to upload and submit expenses

The usability is greatly improved from our previous systems our company-operated, ease of accessing the system, ease of populating Webexpenses, submitting expenses, and keep up to date on the progress of submitted expenses.

Support Rating

I can only say that if the overall support matches the practical use of Webexpenses then this is positive - I have never required any additional support other than a password change, and this was easily resolved.

Alternatives Considered

I have only used an in house system prior to Webexpenses so cannot advise on other systems.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webexpenses has the benefit of allowing me to also use my mobile phone to upload documents- so when uploading daily expenses I can upload via my phone independent from my laptop.
