Easy to process claims

Cons

Receipts sometimes take a while to download which can be annoying waiting around for them
Changing users details can sometimes glitch and cause problems when submitting claims
Unsure of another con

Webexpenses is good value for money and has helped us process expenses quickly

I personally haven't needed to contact anyone for Webexpenses - which is a good sign as I use it monthly.

Webexpenses is very easy to use, especially if you are on the go as they have a mobile app that makes it very easy to process claims. Processing claims and Webexpenses automatically informing the claimants is a good feature.
